 NOTICE OF REFUSAL In the matter of the Municipal Government Act and the Town of Mahone Bay TAKE NOTICE THAT on February 03, 2022, the application to amendment to the Mahone Bay Land Use By-law to rezone 66 Clairmont Street from Institutional to Residential was deemed refused as per the Municipal Government Act, section 210(6).
This decision of Council can be appealed to the Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (902-424-4448) by any aggrieved person, by the Provincial Director of Planning, or by the Council of an adjacent Municipality within fourteen (14) days after the date of the publication of this notice.
