BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION
Form for building and/or development permit applications. These are processed by the Municipality of the District of Chester.

STORMWATER DRAINAGE ALTERATION PERMIT APPLICATION
Required to ensure property owners stormwater discharge is directed to the Town's stormwater drainage system.

STREET EXCAVATION PERMIT APPLICATION - DRIVEWAY or SEWER
Required for cutting into or excavating any part of a sidewalk, curb or street within the Town, e.g. installing a driveway, water main tie-ins or diverting a culvert.

UTILITY CONTRACT APPLICATION
Used by new residents to hook up a new water or electricity account to a home. Tenants need to pay a Deposit for this service.

For the installation and operation of seasonal sales areas on Town property.

MOBILE VENDOR SPACE PERMIT APPLICATION
Used for a business operating a permanent location in Town for a Mobile Vendor Space located on the same property, which they make available to temporary vendors.

TEMPORARY STREET OR SIDEWALK USE APPLICATION
Used for any structure on or above a street in Town such as street patios, temporary sidewalks, construction barricades, overhanging awnings/signs, planters and benches etc.
