The Strategic Plan is a document which defines the objectives and direction of this Council (2020 - 2024) in which key objectives and actions are identified. Town Council has reviewed the information that we have gathered from all of the Public Engagement that we have been doing over the past few years and they have worked with a consultant to create a Draft Town of Mahone Bay 2021-2025 Strategic Plan, but now we want to know what you think. 

You can review the draft document on our website to see what you think. 
There will then be a Public Information Meeting on May 3rd to present and discuss the draft document. To participate in the Public Information, click the link above to join the zoom session. The meeting will be recorded and posted on the Town's website for anyone who is not able to participate that time. 

On May 10th at 7pm there will be a Public Hearing at which time Council will receive comments from the Public on the Draft Strategic Plan.

The Draft Strategic Plan will go to Council for consideration on the May 11, 2021 regular meeting of Mahone Bay Town Council. 

Please note that the Town Hall drop box has moved to the Mahone Bay Fire Hall at 184 Kinburn Street while the front of Town Hall is a construction zone. 

Please respect the signs to stay away from the front of Town Hall - it is an active work site and your safety is very important to us.
