The Town of Mahone Bay follows the Winter Parking Ban, in accordance with Section 139 of the Motor Vehicle Act. Vehicles that obstruct winter road maintenance will be ticketed or towed away at the owner’s expense. This includes on street parking and all Town-owned parking lots.
