The Town is happy to announce eServices, an online portal that will allow customers to log in and view account balances, invoices and receipts. When you sign up for this online service, you will receive email notices about your Personal and Business, Electric, Water and Tax bills.
To enter the portal, you will need a sign-up key. These have been sent out with your utility and tax bills in Spring 2026, but if you need this information again, please call the office at 902 624 8327. For additional information, including a detailed tutorial on how to register, click the 'Sign Up Guide' located at the bottom of the Sign-In page.

Pay a Parking Ticket
If you receive a parking ticket from the Town of Mahone Bay there are several options for payment:
- In person at Town Hall - 493 Main Street
- Send an e-transfer to [email protected]
- Mail a cheque to Town of Mahone Bay PO Box 530 Mahone Bay, NS B0J 2E0
- Set up Town of Mahone Bay as a payee in online banking

Fire Tax = $0.22/$100

2024-25 Infrastructure Fee: $502.23 / dwelling
