If you are a non-profit or private housing developer with a proposed project for new affordable multi-unit housing in Mahone Bay, the Town Council wants to hear from you!
The Council is seeking projects to address our community’s immediate housing needs. Proposals must be for long-term tenancy, primarily residential developments having a minimum of five units or beds and affordability must be maintained for a minimum of 20 years.
