 If you have not yet had a dip at the Mahone Bay Outdoor Pool this summer, now’s the time to go! Tucked between Jubilee Park and the Firehall, our pool is one of Mahone Bay’s hidden summer gems.
From Main Street near the Cenotaph, turn up Clairmont Street by the Pharmasave. Take a left at the bend in the road by the Firehall and park under the tall pines off Clairmont Street, stroll the shaded path through old-growth forest, and you’ll find the “coolest” spot in town. Run by the Mahone Bay & Area Swimming Pool Society, our Town pool is staffed by amazing local lifeguards and instructors. If you don’t have a season membership, drop-in is just $5. Public Swim: Mon–Fri: 2–4:30 pm & 6–7:30 pm Sat–Sun: 2–5 pm Lane Swim: Mon–Fri: 5–6 pm Sat–Sun: 1–2 pm A special event for the calendar: Pirates & Mermaids Pool Party on Friday, Aug 22 from 5-7:00 pm.
