RFP New Town Website Deadline for Submissions: 2:00 p.m. June 19, 2026. The Town of Mahone Bay is inviting proposals from qualified web development firms to design and build a modern, accessible, and user-friendly municipal website. Our current site no longer reflects the Town’s evolving needs. A new website will include migrated content (in collaboration with staff) and serve as a central hub for residents, visitors, and businesses. We’re looking for a solution that is easy to navigate and search; accessible and compliant with current standards; a hub for information and online services; simple for staff to maintain; and fully owned by the Town. Proponents must demonstrate a clear understanding of the project and include a fixed project cost along with annual support pricing.
