In the matter of the Municipal Government Act and the Town of Mahone Bay

TAKE NOTICE THAT on June 09, 2026, the Council of the Town of Mahone Bay gave notice of its intention to rezone 19 Aberdeen Lane (PID 60376456) from Commercial Core to Residential Core.

A PUBLIC HEARING on this proposal will be held by Town Council at the Town Hall, 493 Main Street, Mahone Bay on Thursday June 25, 2026, beginning at 6:45 p.m. The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive written and verbal submissions from the public on this proposal.

A COUNCIL MEETING will follow the Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m., where Town Council may make a decision on the matter discussed.
