Join the Town of Mahone Bay as Project Communications Specialist What we are looking for: You will be responsible for creating and implementing communications programs for the Town with special attention to capital projects and housing actions. You are a dynamic communicator with fresh ideas on how to best engage with Mahone Bay residents. You have knowledge of government processes, capital and housing funding, and an ability to communicate with government officials, developers and contractors, and most of all, residents. Duties and Responsibilities: This position will also play a large role in developing community relations strategies and public awareness campaigns with particular attention to communications around capital projects and Housing Accelerator Fund actions in the Town. This position will also provide communication, project and logistical support in the development of corporate strategic initiatives in relation to the implementation of the Town’s strategic plan.
