The Town of Mahone Bay is proud to champion the excellent non-profit organizations and community groups that help make our town such a vibrant and welcoming place to call home.
Through our Grants to Organizations Policy, the Town considers, within its financial capacity, providing financial support for programs, services, and initiatives that enrich the quality of life for Mahone Bay residents. This funding reflects our appreciation for the essential role community partners play in the wellbeing and continued growth of Mahone Bay. As Mahone Bay Town Council prepares to begin its annual budget deliberations, Council will also review grant applications submitted under this policy. Available funding opportunities include: • Program and Events Grants • Operational Grants • Capital Grants The application deadline is March 31, 2026. We encourage eligible organizations to apply and take advantage of this opportunity for support. Please note that all applications must include: the organization’s current fiscal year budget and financial statements from the previous fiscal year.
