A localized power outage has been reported in the area of 440 Main Street. Crews are on their way there now.

Power to Mahone Bay has been restored. Town crews are working to address a small isolated outage in the Pine Grove Street area. If you are not in that area and are without power, please call the Town's after hours number to report, 902-543-3251.
There will be a planned power outage beginning Saturday, December 7th starting at 11pm
and ending 7am Sunday morning. This Nova Scotia Power outage is necessary so that they can carry out repairs on the Martins Brook substation. As with all power outages please reduce your use of water and associated production of wastewater as much as possible while the power is out. The Reindeer Fun Run is happening this Saturday, December 7th. Main Street in Mahone Bay will be closed to vehicles for this event, from Spur Street to the Mahone Bay Marina.
