TAKE NOTICE THAT on June 27, 2024, the Council of the Town of Mahone Bay received a request to amend the Municipal Planning Strategy & Land Use By-Law to rezone the properties located along Hawthorne Road, Mahone Bay.
1) Amendments to the Municipal Planning Strategy and Land-Use Bylaw to rezone properties along Hawthorne Road from Residential General to a new, more restrictive zone. A PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING on this proposal will be held by staff at Town Hall in Council Chambers (493 Main Street), on Thursday August 22, 2024, beginning at 7:00 p.m. The purpose of the Public Information Meeting is to provide an opportunity for any interested person to obtain information and to discuss the proposal.
