Property Assessments in Nova Scotia are controlled by the Property Valuation Services Corporation (PVSC). The PVSC is a municipally-owned, not-for-profit corporation that determines the market value of properties as legislated by the Assessment Act. Residential rate= $1.19 , Commercial rate= $2.94

 

The 2011-12 Tax Rates for Mahone Bay are:
