Within Mahone Bay, we have Bayview Community School , part of the South Shore Regional School Board . Bayview Community School serves students from grades primary to nine, who live in the town or in smaller, neighboring communities.

The Mahone Bay Centre houses another of the District School Board's programs, the Alternate and the Middle Level Transition Program .

High School students are bussed to the Bridgewater area to attend Parkview Education Centre.

The nearby community of Blockhouse, only a five minute drive from Mahone Bay, is the site of two schools, the South Shore Waldorf School & Kindergarten , which takes students to grade six, et Ecole de laRive Sud , qui nous offrent des classes de francisation précoce à la 12e année.
